Retail Shift Supervisor

arc Thrift Store - Louisville seeks a Retail Shift Supervisor to lead daily store operations in a mission-driven, nonprofit thrift environment. You will supervise shift staff, deliver excellent customer and donor service, oversee cash handling, and support sorting, pricing, and merchandising of donated goods. This on-site role keeps the sales floor organized, safe, and engaging while meeting productivity and sales goals.

You'll coach team members, model inclusive service, and help advance arc's mission of supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and promoting sustainability through reuse.
