Opportunity
As a Scaled Customer Account Manager at Adobe, you will manage a portfolio of customer accounts across DX solutions. You will work closely with sales teams to develop new value propositions, build awareness, and reveal expansion opportunities.
Responsibilities- Account Management:
Guide customers through onboarding, implementation, drive adoption, overall health, value realization, and renewal readiness. - Relationship Management:
Build trust and develop strong multi‑threaded relationships across business and technical stakeholders. - Solution Expertise:
Be knowledgeable of key product use cases and guide customers toward best‑practice adoption. - Customer Health & Forecast Discipline:
Maintain an accurate rolling 4‑quarter outlook of attrition forecast and manage customer health. - Value Realization:
Engage customers to calculate ROI from Adobe solutions. - Growth Identification & Expansion:
Identify expansion opportunities through product‑usage insights and evolving customer needs.
- Minimum 5 years of customer success, account management, or sales experience in a high‑tech SaaS company.
- Deep understanding of Marketo, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Platform, or similar solutions.
- Experience developing account strategies to leverage technology solutions.
- Led projects from conception to closure and used internal resources to complete tasks.
- Built trusted relationships with executive sponsors and end users.
- Experience running a full sales cycle.
- Strong written and verbal communications.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
US pay range for the position is $135,200 – $234,150 annually. California: $161,700 – $234,150. Colorado: $149,400 – $216,300. Illinois: $149,400 – $216,300. Washington: $158,900 – $230,000.
