Foot & Ankle Sales Representative

Work Flexibility:
Field‑based. The role requires traveling within a set territory, with up to 30% travel and the option to spend majority of the week at customer facilities. Remote, onsite, and hybrid options are available depending on specific job requirements.

• Sell Stryker Foot & Ankle products to surgeons and healthcare professionals, becoming the resident expert on our product line.
• Demonstrate products, provide training, and advise surgeons during operating room consultations.
• Maintain and manage inventory of products and respond promptly to customer needs.
• Build and sustain relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Participate in sales meetings and professional association meetings outside regular business hours as required.
• Adhere to compliance, privacy, and confidentiality requirements, and report non‑compliance in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and company policies.

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience in a clinical, healthcare, or sales role (or a combination of both).
• 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in a medical sales environment.
• Knowledge of marketing strategy, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with current office technologies (e.g., MS Office, databases).
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Comfortable working in emergency/operating room environments.

• 100% commission with eligibility for additional bonuses.

• Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of customer information.

• Adhere to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, accreditation and licensure requirements, and company policies.
• COVID‑19 vaccination may be required for sales and field roles that involve customer access.
