Lab Corpis seeking a Key Account Executive to join our team in our Chicagoterritory.
The territory for this positionprimarilycovers Chicago and suburbs. The ideal candidate wouldresidewithin the territory.
Job Responsibilities:Educate,instruct,and upsell all assigned and newly generated accounts in an assigned territory
Function as a liaison between the client and the Lab Corp operations team in relation to client needs
Provide ongoing service and problem resolution to customer base
Ensure customer retention byprovidingsuperior customer service
Recommend solutions that are client focused and persuasive
Provide account management forclient’sday to day operations
Upsellcurrent book of business to increase organic growth
Work closely with senior sales representatives to grow book of business
Continuouslyprovideeducational material to the client base
Resolve any customer related issuesin a timely manner
Meet and exceed monthly retention and upsell goals on a regular basis
Minimum Qualifications:- High school or equivalent
- 2+ yearsoutside sales experience, or account management in healthcare
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel overnight as needed
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills andpriorrelevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
The position is also eligible forbonusand/or commissions under the applicable variable compensation plan. Bonus/commissions are earned based on achievement of performance metrics under the plan.
