Inside Sales Representative

Kratos Industries LLC, a Houston-based designer and manufacturer of high-performance oilfield pressure control equipment, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will manage inbound inquiries, qualify leads, prepare quotes, and follow up to close orders with drilling and production customers. You'll coordinate closely with engineering, production, and field teams to confirm specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines. This position offers hands-on exposure to advanced pressure control equipment, cross training, and the opportunity to see your impact from customer request through deployment in the field.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound inquiries and qualify leads from energy and oilfield service customers
• Prepare accurate quotes for pressure control equipment and related components
• Follow up on quotes and opportunities to close sales and meet targets
• Collaborate with engineering and production to verify specs, pricing, and lead times
• Maintain detailed opportunity, quote, and order data in the CRM and ERP systems
• Support account managers with proposals, pricing updates, and customer presentations
• Respond promptly to customer questions on order status, documentation, and delivery
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure on-time shipment and resolve delivery issues
• Gather customer feedback on product performance and relay insights to internal teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, and customer experience
