Stroud Community Agriculture (SCA) seeks a dynamic and experienced grower to join as Co Head Grower. You will help ensure delicious organic vegetables for 52 weeks and oversee the farm's field-scale growing as part of a collaborative team.
Based near Stroud, Gloucestershire, the farm serves 300 households with shares from half to double. The successful candidate is expected to start as soon as possible, with a closing date of 28 September 2025 for applications.
