** Essential Duties****:
*** Serves as a subject matter expert within the team, and will provide coaching, guidance and support to colleagues to enhance team performance and development.
* Develop and implement IAM policies, roles, and access controls in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
* Architect scalable and secure IAM solutions to manage user identities and permissions
* Integrate IAM solutions with on-premises and cloud-based applications
* Mange user identities, entitlements and access permissions across multiple cloud and on-premise platforms
* Monitor IAM systems for security incidents, performance issues, and compliance violations
* Conduct audits and reviews of IAM policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
* Automate IAM processes using IaC (Infrastructure as Code) tools such as Terraform, Cloud Formation or ARM templates
* Implement Single Sign-On (SSO) , Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and other IAM solutions to enhance security.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions into new and existing projects.
* Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams on IAM-related issues and best practices.
* Stay updated with the latest IAM trends, technologies and security threats to proactively address potential risk

** Education****:
*** Minimum of five (5) years of experience in cloud engineering with a focus in IAM
* Proven experience with IAM solutions in AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform.
* Hands-on experience with IAM tools and technologies such as AWS IAM, Azure AD, Google Cloud IAM, Okta, etc.
* Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Security – Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Security Engineer are preferred.

The anticipated hourly rate for this position can range from $66,130 - $82,770 depending on relevant education, experience, and location.
