Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Aggregate Maintenance Technician (Swing Shift) is responsible for maintaining mining processing equipment in a ready state. This includes inspections, repairs, preventative maintenance, and preparing daily/weekly reports. A sign-on bonus of $3,500 is offered.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
  • Commitment to safety policies and practices in all work environments.
  • Scheduling and performing preventative maintenance following manufacturer’s guidelines.
  • Maintaining an inventory of essential replacement parts.
  • Inspecting and repairing plant equipment, reporting issues to supervisors.
  • Performing emergency repairs to address breakdowns.
  • Adhering to safety, environmental, and company policies, and completing required documentation.
  • SCHEDULE:

    Shift differential pay;
    Sunday off.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

Mechanical repair, installation, and construction in industrial settings. Basic mechanical skills including welding, fabrication, torch work, and wrenching. Preferred experience operating industrial equipment like skid-steers and lifts.
Computer

Skills:

Basic proficiency.

Additional Requirements
  • Adherence to safety protocols, including PPE use and respirator fit testing requirements.
