Location: Arvada Colorado Area - Apartment Community
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm each day - Temp to Hire
Compensation: DOE $24-$26/hour - Weekly Pay

Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the following field:
Construction, Interior Remodeling, Handyman Contracting and Apartment - Facilities Maintenance, demonstrating experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with exceptional problem-solving abilities and a dedication to providing exceptional service to residents.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing repairs, electrical troubleshooting, HVAC system inspections, and general repairs throughout the apartment community.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders from property management.
- Conduct thorough inspections of units to identify and address maintenance issues and potential hazards.
- Maintain and repair common areas, including hallways, stairwells, and recreational facilities, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
- Collaborate with property management to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
- Document all maintenance activities, including repairs made, parts used, and time spent, in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment and communicate any restocking needs to management.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a secure and hazard-free living environment for residents.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or trade school training.
- Proven experience in apartment maintenance, including knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and general repairs.
- Must have your own tools.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
- Proficiency in using maintenance tools, equipment, and software systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with residents, colleagues, and management.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and customer service.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
