Mold Remediation Technician

We are looking for an experienced Mold Restoration Technician to join our team. You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs mold remediation jobs. This includes the completion of containment building, demolition, and other restoration activities.

• Perform production/restoration process per work order and chief crew instructions
• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities
• Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance
• Communicate openly with the crew chief and other technicians

• IICRC certification
• Experience in cleaning/restoration
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma/GED
• Clean background check (no criminal background)

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
• Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
• Ability to wear PPE for several hours uninterrupted

Compensation: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
