Position: HVAC Service Technician (54142)
Education Level None## Description We are looking for an HVAC Service Technician to join our team! You will maintain, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
* Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
* Perform routine preventative maintenance
* Respond to emergency maintenance requests
* Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
* Familiarity with wiring diagrams
* Ability to handle physical workload
* Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Installers and technicians work 8+ hours a day, Monday-Friday, with an occasional Saturday. Overtime is available approximately 12 to 16 weeks a year. Candidates must be able to work on ladders, in attics and crawl spaces. Must be open to learning and taking direction from management. It is important to have your EPA and Nate Certifications. It is important to have knowledge of servicing and repairing furnaces, air conditioners, evaporative coolers, mini-splits, water heaters, and boilers.

* On call

Education:

* High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

* HVAC: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
* EPA Type II (Required)
* Driver's License (Required)
* NATE Certification (Preferred)
