• Flooring repair and installation
• General carpentry
• General home repairs and handyman work

• 10 or more years of paid experience in general carpentry and handyman work.
• Proficient in miscellaneous around-the-house repairs like carpentry, drywall, painting, and basic plumbing and electrical.
• Drivers license and reliable vehicle.
• Standard tools.
• Legal citizen of the U.S. and speak English.
