Performance Engineer

Position Overview

The Operating Engineer supports operation, inspection and maintenance processes for mechanical, HVAC, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems and is required to be on‑site.

Location: Greenwood Village, CO (On‑site)

Compensation: $38.46–$40.86 per hour

Schedule: 7am – 4pm, Monday through Friday

Visa Status: This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Complete assigned tasks that include painting, pressure washing, maintaining lighting system bulbs/ballasts, plumbing, HVAC systems, water treatment, locksmith work and general maintenance (as allowed by any licensing requirements).
• Maintain work order system (CMMS) daily and complete any tenant service requests.
• Perform assigned preventive maintenance and inspection tasks.
• Support on‑call or emergency response situations (if applicable).
• Troubleshoot all building systems, including electrical, DDC and pneumatic controls.
• Comply with all safety procedures.
• Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs.
• Other projects and tasks to be assigned.

• 3+ years of related work experience, especially in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry.
• Trade school education, union training, military service or college education is desirable.
• Universal CFC EPA certification or interest in achieving certification within the first year (with JLL assistance).
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams).
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Comfort using ladders up to 30feet tall.
• Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneel, lift and/or drive.
• Strong customer service skills.
