Tru Blue Home Service Ally of Denver Metro North is a home improvement & repair company dedicated to providing premium handyman services with experienced, client-friendly and insured technicians. Our goal is to help people maintain the safety, efficiency, beauty and value of their homes by offering handyman services, remodeling work, home assessments, and regular maintenance. We offer a Handyman-for-a-Day service in which we addres 5-6 priority to-do items in a home.
Although we support every homeowner, we pride ourselves in having a special mission: to modify homes so that seniors are able to age in place. We are searching for a reliable and well-rounded lead home service technician (handyman/handywoman) to provide general home services to the customers in our community AND to lead a group of technicians who will report to you.
You must have the ability to take on different kinds of handyman projects, from zipping up a leak or remodeling a kitchen. We want to hear from you if you have 10 or more years of paid experience in general carpentry, handyman and/or remodeling work. If highly qualified, this person would be considered to serve as a project manager, and with solid business experience, as an operations manager setting up systems and policies.
are looking for a seasoned Team Leader with the following experience:
- Kitchen, bathroom and basement improvements and remodels
- Drywall installation, repair, skim-coating and texturing
- Painting, interior and exterior, with the ability to cut clean lines
- Tiling of walls and floors
- Vinyl and LVP flooring repair and installation
- Building decks, pergolas, fences and gates
- General carpentry and cabinetry
- General home repairs and handyman work
- Minor plumbing and electrical
- Ability and willingness to guide assistant technicians

The appropriate candidate for the Lead Technician position will be proficient in miscellaneous around-the-house repairs like carpentry, drywall, painting, and basic plumbing and electrical. Licensed tradesmen are encouraged to apply. Qualified candidates will need a driver's license, a reliable vehicle (preferably a pickup or van to carry tools and sometimes supplies), and a full set of standard tools. Candidate must also be a legal citizen of the U.S. and speak reasonable English.
