The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless seeks a dedicated Case Manager I to work collaboratively with clients experiencing homelessness, providing essential case management and support services.
Responsibilities include developing care plans, facilitating referrals to resources, and delivering compassionate, trauma-informed care. The successful candidate will ideally have a background in social work or a related field, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Compensation is $25 an hour with comprehensive benefits for full-time employees.
