Minimum 1+ years social worker experience required.
Soliant has an opening for a contracted School Social Worker in the Black Forest, Colorado area. This position is for the School Year. Soliant offers weekly pay, guaranteed hours, and an exceptional health benefits & 401k package.
Job DetailsFull‑time, onsite. 3 open positions. Caseload approximately 45. The positions support at least two schools in K‑12.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement services related to student needs, learning, and progress toward goals.
- Engage students as individuals with diverse needs and interests across a range of ability levels by adapting services for the benefit of students.
- Establish and communicate high expectations and use strategies to support the development of critical‑thinking, problem‑solving skills, and self‑advocacy.
State LMSW/LCSW license required.
Skills & Abilities- Excellent communication skills.
