• Hold a valid Colorado state licensure in one of the following: LPC, LPCC, LCSW, or MSW
• State SSP (Special Services Provider) credential required
• Experience in schools or working with children and adolescents (K-12 preferred)
• Proficient in counseling, crisis intervention, IEP process, and case management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Skilled at working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams

• Provide direct counseling and social-emotional support to students across all grade levels
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to assessments and documentation
• Deliver crisis intervention and support as needed in response to emergent situations
• Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring thorough case management for each student
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to foster a positive school climate
• Support the creation and implementation of interventions that address both individual student needs and school-wide mental health initiatives
