Bilingual Social Caseworker C - Practice Coach – in Child Welfare with Intake casework expertise is a full‑time exempt role in Boulder County's Family & Children Services. The position concentrates on coaching staff across intake, ongoing, kinship, and court processes to strengthen safety and equity in family-centered practice.
Located in Longmont, hours are Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm with some evenings/weekends as needed.
