Temporary/Seasonal position that assists with mowing City Right of Ways and performs help at the Belvoir Ranch as needed.

• Perform a variety of unskilled labor activities in the routine maintenance of City Right-of Ways, Retention Ponds, and Drainage.
• Operate power mowers and a variety of hand tools; also truck and tractor equipment.
• Perform minor maintenance on equipment.
• Develop and maintain good work relationships among staff employees.

• Perform duties at the Belvoir Ranch when needed.
• Perform duties and responsibilities as necessary.

• Knowledge of applicable work safety rules and procedures.
• Knowledge of power equipment used in grounds maintenance.
• Ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time.

• All applicants must be 18 at the time of application and must obtain a valid Wyoming Class C Driver’s License.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties, the employee is required to maintain effective audio-visual discrimination and perception needed for making observations, communicating with others, reading, and writing. The employee is also required to maintain physical condition necessary for operating assigned equipment and vehicles, heavy or moderate lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, standing, kneeling, repeated bending or sitting for prolonged periods of time.
