Non CDL Delivery Driver

Heritage Landscape Supply is seeking a Non‑CDL Delivery Driver.

• Safely and efficiently operate a non‑CDL vehicle to deliver goods, products, or materials.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑vehicle inspections and report any discrepancies.
• Load and unload vehicle as required.
• Follow delivery schedule and communicate delays or issues promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service during delivery and pick‑up operations.
• Maintain accurate logs of all transport and vehicle maintenance.

• Regular lifting, loading, unloading of goods and long hours of driving.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Must pass background and drug screening.

• Valid state driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Familiarity with navigation systems.
• Forklift or skid‑steer experience is a plus.
• Previous driving or logistics experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1‑2 years of relevant driving experience.

• Base salary $19.00 to $22.88 per hour.
• Hourly associates eligible for overtime pending business needs.
• Eligible for performance‑based bonus programs, commissions, car allowance, and fuel program.
• Reimbursement for travel expenses per company travel policy.
