Flatbed CDL-A Driver

Opportunity

System Transport is hiring experienced CDL‑A flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes in the western region of America.

We offer competitive pay packages and excellent benefits, including a $5,000 Hiring Bonus for applicants in our Front Range service area (Fort Collins through Colorado Springs).

Weekly Pay: $1,054.82 – $1,949.36 (full‑time drivers)

Annual Pay: $54,850.64 – $

Rate: $0.51 – $0.79 per mile, depending on experience.

Transition Package: $1,800, including $1,000 for orientation during the first 2 weeks.

Earn a $5,000 Hiring Bonus when you apply. Eligibility:

• Drivers must be currently employed and actively driving.
• Drivers must live in an eligible zipcode within the Front Range service area.
• Payout is made every 90 days over a 12‑month period of active and good‑standing employment.
• 1st payout: $1,250.00 at 90 days.
• 2nd payout: $1,250.00 at 180 days.
• 3rd payout: $1,250.00 at 270 days.
• 4th payout: $1,250.00 at 360 days.

Owner/operators and trainees (less than 4 months CDL‑A experience) are not eligible.

• Accrued sick time: 1 hour per 30 hours worked; 1–9 years: 80 hours PTO; 10+ years: 120 hours PTO

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• 4+ months of driving experience
• Safe driving record
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
• Preferred: 1 year truck‑driving experience
• Background check required
• Drug test required
• Clearinghouse result required
• Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice (required)

• Pets are not allowed.
• Guest riders aged 7 and up after 90 days of safe driving are allowed.

• Tractors equipped with lane departure warning, forward‑collision warning, hard‑brake monitoring, and satellite communication.
• 24/7/365 road service staff available.
• Vehicles are maintained to 100% readiness before returning to service.

• A driver app provides real‑time updates, pay access, trip data, notifications, PTO availability, and contact information.
