Flatbed CDL Driver, OTR Route

Overview

System Transport is hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes. As a driver, you will transport important goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. • Home Time: 3 weeks out, then 3 days off

Weekly Pay: $1,094 – $2,103.53 per week

Annual Pay: $56,880 – $ per year

Full pay package also includes accessorial compensation such as tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, over-dimensional pay, mileage pay, and other accessorial pay. Flatbed OTR Driver Rate: $0.55–$0.60 per mile, depending on experience.

Transition Package: $1,800, with $1,000 allotted for orientation during the first 2 weeks.

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years or older
• 4+ months of driving experience
• Safe driving record
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
• Prefer 1-year truck driving experience, but not necessary
• Background Check required
• Clean Drug Test required
• Clean Clearinghouse result required
• Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice. Test during orientation.

Pets are not allowed. Riders aged 7 and up after 90 days of safe driving are allowed.

Drivers will operate newest flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge technologies for comfort and safety:

• Lane departure, forward-collision warning system, hard brake monitoring, and satellite communication device installed.
• 24/7/365 road service staff.
• Trucks are repaired only when 100% ready.
• Driver portal support 24/7.
• Driver app for real-time updates, pay access, trip data, messages, PTO, contact info.
