General Labor​/Driver

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking person to join our team as general labor/driver. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting various operational tasks within our organization. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with loading and unloading materials, operating equipment, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

• Load and unload materials from trucks and containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Operate box trucks for deliveries and pickups as needed.
• Assist with warehouse organization and inventory management.
• Follow required processes.
• Drive routes for courier services, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues.
• Support assembly tasks as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Help to maintain clean sidewalks.
• Other duties as required.

• Previous experience in warehouse operations or labor-intensive roles is preferred. (Minimum 1 year)
• Familiarity with commercial driving, including manual transmission vehicles.
• Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus.
• Ability to perform route driving for courier services effectively.
• Strong physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to multitask within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Valid Driver's License
• High school diploma or GED

Pay: $20.00+ per hour (DOE)
