Job DescriptionThe On‑Call Regional Training Specialist will train and educate customers, prospects, and consumers on the Hydrafacial device, consumables, and products throughout the assigned region. This role works with Training & Education and Marketing teams to showcase the company and device, enhance Hydrafacial awareness, and increase utilization across lines of business in the region. It focuses on post‑sale training and set‑up of capital equipment for aesthetic practices, med‑spas, and resort spas, and may include additional events such as trade shows, corporate events, or demos.
Responsibilities- Conduct new device installations and clinical in‑office hands‑on training for new providers.
- Deliver refresher trainings within the assigned region.
- Partner with Training & Education, field sales, corporate and retail accounts, including the HFX franchise, to support and deliver in‑person training programs.
- Perform treatments to support corporate, training, marketing, and regional initiatives.
- Develop efficient routing strategies to ensure timely and consistent coverage throughout the territory.
- Coordinate schedule and travel to training locations, utilizing the company budget efficiently and in a fiscally sound manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- College degree or licensed esthetician.
- Minimum 3+ years of related esthetics and/or clinical training experience.
- Prior field‑based role with extensive travel; 75% or more travel via vehicle and plane required.
- Extensive passion for training and educating customers, potential clients, and employees on devices and products.
- Knowledge of skin care ingredients and concerns.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and communicate plans to others.
- Strong sense of urgency, organizational, and follow‑up skills.
- Clinical hands‑on training experience preferred.
- Esthetician license strongly preferred.
- Sales experience preferred.
