** Speech Language Pathologist
** to provide compassionate care and evidence-based therapy to our residents in a skilled nursing setting.
** Responsibilities:
*** Perform speech/language and swallowing assessments
* Develop personalized treatment plans
* Educate residents, families, and staff
* Maintain accurate documentation and billing logs
* Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and program development
*
* Qualifications:
*** Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* Active CA SLP license (or eligibility)
* CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* LTC/SNF experience preferred but not required
