Maintenance Lead

Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Maintenance Lead responsible for meeting daily and weekly maintenance and safety objectives. The role oversees shift maintenance personnel, assigns work, facilitates line calls, performs troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and installs equipment and machinery. The position ensures safety regulations, GMP, and quality standards are met while maintaining efficient product flow through production processes.

• Experience with maintenance software systems and industrial-related software.
• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and processes.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows software, PLC equipment troubleshooting, food management equipment troubleshooting, electrical drawings, computer, electronics, electrical, control, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical systems, OSHA, etc.
• Flexible availability, reliable transportation, and ability to travel when needed.
• Excellent understanding of safety protocols such as GMPs, lock-out tag-out, and a strong sense of employee, product, and equipment safety.
• Ability to follow company policies and understand instructions from coworkers, supervisors, and managers.
• Ability to safely and efficiently operate hand and power tools and use common electrical measuring instruments.
• Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screening, physical, and functional capacity evaluation.
• Reasonable people skills: communication, patience, approachability, active listening.

• Experience in food manufacturing or related fields – preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish – preferred.

Total Rewards: $22.35 - $26.50 / hour.
