We are looking for a reliable and motivated Machine Operator in Tejon Ranch to support warehouse and production activities. This role includes order fulfillment, assembly, inventory tasks, and quality checks. Minimal forklift use is required, but Reach Truck experience is essential.
Responsibilities
- Follow all company rules, safety procedures, and quality standards
- Process, pack, and ship customer orders
- Perform parcel shipping and assist with receiving
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Move pallets with a pallet jack (occasional forklift use)
- Assist in assembly and manufacturing of HVAC registers and grilles
- Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy
- Monitor and document quality standards
- Support process improvements and problem-solving
- Work cooperatively with team members and leadership
- Assist with basic equipment maintenance
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Reach Truck experience (required)
- Ability to work on-site with possible extended hours or weekends
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
