PositionSummary
As a Warehouse Operator I, you’ll help keep our warehouse running smoothly by picking, packing, stocking, and moving products. You’ll use equipment like pallet jacks and scanners, follow safety and quality procedures, and work as part of a team to make sure the right products get where they need to go. Your attention to detail and dependability helps us deliver the products people love — safely and efficiently.
CompensationThe approximate hourly pay for this position is $26.39/hr.
Shift and HoursSunday
- Thursday: 11:00PM – 7:30AM
Monday
- Friday: 11:00PM – 7:30AM
There's a $1.50/hr shift differential for these hours.
Candidates who can work either shift are preferred.
Responsibilities- Operate material handling equipment to move products
- Pick, pack, and restock items based on system instructions
- Verify product types and quantities, and correct discrepancies
- Use scanners and digital tools to track inventory
- Wrap pallets, apply labels, and prepare shipments
- Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and move throughout your shift
- Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
- Flexible working overtime based on business needs
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, and scanners
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Able to read, write, and understand English
- Team-oriented and dependable
- Strong organization and time management
- Prior forklift experience preferred
