* ** Starting at $28.00/hour**### Position Summary Arvin Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented
** Treatment Nurse (LVN)
** to join our clinical team on a
** part-time
** basis. The Treatment Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality wound and skin care treatments, monitoring healing progress, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident outcomes.###

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Provide ordered
** wound care and treatments
** in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
* Perform skin assessments and monitor wounds for signs of healing or complications
* Accurately document treatments, observations, and resident responses in the electronic medical record
* Make written and oral reports and recommendations to the attending physician, Medical Director, and Director of Nursing regarding resident status and care
* Work with the
** Interdisciplinary Care Plan Team
** to develop and update individualized care plans
* Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
* Maintain confidentiality of resident information, including
** Protected Health Information (PHI)
*** Promptly report any suspected or known violations of resident rights or facility policies### Qualifications
* ** Active California LVN license
** in good standing
* Experience in a
** Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
** preferred* Wound care or treatment nurse experience strongly preferred
* Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills###

Physical Requirements
* Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist with resident care as needed
* Ability to lift and/or move up to
** 25 pounds
