Job Responsibilities:

*** Administer medications and treatments as ordered
* Manage care for residents with acute and chronic needs
* Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
* Maintain accurate electronic documentation
* Use critical thinking and make independent care decisions
* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff###
