- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions and moderate noise levels.
- Required to talk/see, stand, walk, use hands to finger/handle/feel, and reach with hands and arms. May sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device.
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- 4‑year college or university degree in business, retail management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience managing a team.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
