Grimmway Produce Group is seeking an EHS Coordinator responsible to serve as the area specialist in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) matters. Job Description:

TO VIEW THE FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

• Minimum of two years of EHS experience in agricultural farming, food processing, or a related field is required.
• Knowledge in EHS Safety compliance laws, procedures, and regulations, required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other similar software programs is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management required.
• Candidate must be a self-starter and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work different shifts.
• Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs.
• Must have the ability to travel to various Grimmway facilities as needed.
• Must be bi-lingual, English/Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write in both.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean DMV driving record.
• Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen and physical and functional capacity evaluation. Must pass a background check.

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS preferred.
• Training certificates in EHS preferred.
• Basic knowledge in PSM, Cal-ARP, and RMP, and DPR programs, preferred.

Total Rewards: $26.00 - $30.00 / HOUR

Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
