Architect, CAD​/ AutoCAD​/ Mechanical Design

Job Title

Responsibilities

• Assist project leadership during the construction document and construction administration phases of a project.
• Produce and coordinate through the construction document phase independently.
• Contribute to the development of a project with limited supervision by project leadership, exhibit initiative, problem solving, and high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development.
• Communicate clearly through oral and written communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit is a plus) with the ability to produce a full set of construction documents.
• At least 4 years of US experience in wood frame residential architecture and wood frame mixed-use commercial projects.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Asbury Park, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.84 - $38.46/hr.
