The Barista at The Asbury Hotel is often the first taste guests get of a dining experience designed to be as memorable as the rest of this property. The Barista is responsible for honoring each and every customer by providing excellent customer service and a high-quality product. Warm, energetic, and attentive service delivered with personality is what turns a meal here into a story worth telling.

Responsibilities

• Develops enthusiastically satisfied customers all of the time.
• Provides quality beverages consistently for all customers
• Maintains Quality store operations
• Contributes to store profitability
• Takes responsibility to learn all aspects of the barista position OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
• All other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.
