Commercial Real Estate Advisor

This is not an entry-level position. We're seeking proven CRE professionals ready to lead a vertical within our division. As a Commercial Real Estate Advisor, you'll bring your existing book of business, mentor junior agents, and help shape the strategic direction of your asset class specialty. This is a partnership opportunity for experienced professionals seeking the next chapter of their career.

We're building leadership across our core verticals:
Multifamily, Industrial, Medical Office, Investment Sales, Retail, and Land. Experienced producers with depth in any of these areas are encouraged to apply.

• Lead and mentor a team of agents within your specialty vertical
• Bring and grow your existing book of business
• Develop strategic initiatives for your asset class specialty
• Recruit and train new agents for your team
• Collaborate with division leadership on growth strategy
• Represent NJ Elite Group at industry events and conferences

• 5+ years of commercial real estate experience
• Proven track record with existing book of business
• Leadership experience or demonstrated mentorship abilities
• Strong industry relationships and reputation
• Strategic thinking and business development skills
