Security Officer Lobby Monitor

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific procedures, managing visitor interactions, and supporting security-related access activities for a technology-focused location.;
Monitor entry points, verify identification and/or visitor credentials, issue access materials as directed, and help to deter unauthorized entry.;
Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel when appropriate.;
Answer phones, receive deliveries, maintain visitor and incident logs, and report unusual activity or security-related concerns according to site policies.;
Support a professional lobby environment by observing front desk activity, assisting employees and guests, and following emergency response activities when needed.
