This is a full‑time on‑site Plumber position located in Monmouth County, NJ. The Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, fixtures, and pipes in residential homes. Daily tasks include diagnosing issues, performing maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering high‑quality service to clients. The Plumber will also assist customers by explaining recommended solutions and providing exceptional customer service.
QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of plumbing experience
- including installation and troubleshooting of plumbing systems
- Experience presenting options to customers
- Ability to diagnose, service, and repair residential plumbing systems
- Strong Customer Service skills, including effective communication and problem‑solving
- Complete invoices, job notes, and document accurately using our CRM
- Respond to scheduled residential service calls
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments
- Attention to detail with a focus on safety and efficiency
