Role Description This full-time, on-site Plumber role is based in Monmouth County, NJ and involves performing a wide range of plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing and repairing pipes, fixtures, and water systems; diagnosing leaks and other issues; and ensuring all work complies with relevant codes and safety standards. The Plumber will respond to service calls, complete routine maintenance, and document work performed.
The role requires direct interaction with customers to explain findings, provide estimates, and deliver courteous, professional service while working both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Plumbing skills, including installation, troubleshooting, and code-compliant repair.
- Candidates should possess skills in working with Pipe systems, including cutting, fitting, and joining various pipe materials.
- Candidates should possess Maintenance & Repair and general Maintenance skills to handle routine and emergency service needs.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with clients.
- Relevant trade school training, apprenticeship completion, or equivalent hands-on experience in plumbing.
- Valid plumbing license or ability to obtain licensing in accordance with New Jersey regulations, as applicable.
- Ability to use standard plumbing tools and equipment safely; comfortable working in varied environments.
