As a Residential Support Worker (40 hrs per week for full time), you will play a vital role in ensuring the well‑being and development of children in our care. You will provide day‑to‑day support in a compassionate and professional manner, ensuring each child feels safe, valued, and emotionally supported. You will work closely with children to assist in daily routines, promote educational and therapeutic goals, and implement safeguarding practices.

This is a full‑time on‑site role, days and nights available, based in Ascot and Winkfield.

• Experience as a support worker and familiarity with providing care to children in a residential setting
• MUST be level 3 Diploma qualified
• Strong interpersonal skills and an empathetic approach to building trust with children
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding protocols and the ability to implement them effectively
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with children, team members, and external stakeholders
• Ability to provide technical support where necessary for recording and maintaining up‑to‑date care plans
• A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach to working with children from various backgrounds
• Ability to drive would be a bonus
• Sleep‑ins with additional cost per night
• Willingness to undergo background checks and additional training as needed
