Staff Accountant (Net Suite & Suite Billing)

Help Build the Finance Function of a High-Growth Company

We're looking for a Staff Accountant with strong Net Suite ERP experience to join our rapidly growing finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment and wants to do more than traditional accounting. You'll play a key role in strengthening our financial operations, supporting a Net Suite implementation, and helping scale the systems and processes that will support the next stage of our growth.

Working closely with the Controller and cross‑functional business partners, you'll help drive process improvements, optimize our ERP environment, and ensure accurate financial reporting while supporting day‑to‑day accounting operations.

• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process.
• Manage subscription billing and customer invoicing using Net Suite Suite Billing
  , including recurring billing, billing schedules, and customer contracts.
• Prepare journal entries and perform balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Support accounts receivable, deferred revenue, and subscription billing operations.
• Maintain accurate customer contracts, billing schedules, and related financial records.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to streamline accounting workflows and improve business processes.
• Assist with financial reporting, audits, and ad hoc analysis.
• Play an active role in our Net Suite implementation and ongoing optimization, including testing, process documentation, user acceptance testing (UAT), system configuration support, and end‑user training.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve the scalability of our finance function.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Net Suite ERP

• Strong experience with Net Suite Suite Billing
  , including subscription billing, recurring invoices, billing schedules, and customer contract management.
• Solid understanding of general accounting principles, month‑end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams.

• Experience participating in or supporting a Net Suite implementation or major ERP migration.
• Experience working alongside implementation partners, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition and recurring subscription business models.
• Experience in a SaaS, technology, or subscription‑based business.
• Process improvement mindset with a passion for building scalable financial operations.
