Responsibilities
Temporary, Part-Time Manufactured Housing Records Data Entry Specialist will navigate multiple databases with the purpose of data extraction from the manufacturer production reports and Data Plates to provide customers with certification for manufactured housing.
The Temporary, Part-Time Manufactured Housing Records Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for reviewing manufacturer production records for accuracy and completing all research on time, per the guidelines established for the Data Services department.
The Temporary, Part-Time Manufactured Housing Records Data Entry Specialist must be customer service oriented, efficient in research and database navigation, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment. The position involves data management and document compilation.
- Running database searches and reviewing images.
- Providing accurate data entry.
- Processing requests and working with the Data Services team to resolve issues and answer queries.
- Timely responding to incoming emails from teammates.
- Handling time-sensitive process and sensitive material.
- Demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude.
- Demonstrating flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume team-oriented production environment.
- Taking directions from supervisor.
- Participating in cross-training.
- Performing other tasks as assigned.
- Agility in navigating different systems and search engines.
- Having reliable transportation to commute to the office.
- Solid attendance for the length of the project.
Key Skills/Competencies for this position
- Experience with Excel.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows applications.
- Knowledge and understanding of computers and computer peripheral devices.
