Job Profile SummaryWe are hiring a Finance Office Coordinator, an integral role within our Continuing Care Retirement Community. As a vital liaison for residents and their families, you’ll ensure smooth transitions during move‑outs, handle financial inquiries, and help maintain accurate records. The role is for someone who is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and genuinely enjoys building relationships while supporting residents and their families through important transitions.
Compensation$25/hour – $27/hour, commensurate with experience, paid bi‑weekly.
How You Will Make an Impact- Serve as the go‑to person for residents and families during move‑outs or transitions, building positive relationships and providing professional, empathetic guidance.
- Oversee the final billing process and ensure accuracy and timely entrance fee refunds while liaising with Accounts Receivable and Escrow.
- Answer and resolve billing inquiries, ensuring accuracy while communicating clearly and compassionately.
- Maintain and update census data; perform detailed data entry for admissions and update resident profiles in my Unity.
- Act as a member of the Welcome Home Team, welcoming new residents and guiding them through online billing and Finance Office processes.
- Review and audit new resident files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage collections proactively and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments and take initiative in supporting the Finance Office with special projects.
