Client Relationship Manager, Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Business Administration
As a Client Service Associate (CSA), you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality client experience by working directly with clients and partnering with Advisors. CSAs support clients through every stage of the relationship, including facilitating new business and account-opening paperwork, overseeing transfers and the movement of assets onto our platform, and managing a broad range of ongoing service needs.
This role requires strong organization, time management, attention to detail, clear communication, and full ownership of work from start to finish.

Job Responsibilities- Manage and maintain CRM activity to support accurate tracking, documentation, and follow-through across client cases.
- Organize incoming client financial information and prepare meeting materials for Advisor appointments.
- Facilitate the full lifecycle of new business paperwork, including preparing, reviewing, and submitting forms and applications (life insurance, annuities, and new accounts).
- Oversee the movement of assets onto the platform, including transfer processing and follow-up through completion.
- Interface directly with clients to review documents, obtain signatures, and collect outstanding requirements in a timely manner.
- Communicate proactively with clients and Advisors to set expectations, provide updates, and keep work moving forward.
- Manage inbound inquiries and service requests from existing clients, ranging from routine updates to complex operational needs.
- Prioritize daily workload, ensuring strong time management, follow-up, and closure on tasks and longer-term projects.
- Take on expanded client responsibilities based on performance, capacity, and business needs.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Virginia Life, Annuities & Health license is preferred. Alternatively, applicants may express commitment to achieve licensure within the first year of employment.
- At least 1 year of industry experience required.
- Superior customer service to clients, prospects and co-workers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail & time management.
- Handle confidential information in a discrete and professional manner.
- Prioritize list of outstanding issues to effectively handle urgent matters.
- Feel comfortable establishing systems and processes to create efficiency within the firm.
- Confident with relevant software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note, Teams and Outlook).
Job Type: Full-time, In-Person
