Client Relationship Manager
The Client Relationship Lead (CRL) at Blu Omega is responsible for end-to-end account management and client relationship development across our federal portfolio. The CRL ensures exceptional delivery on awarded contracts while identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
The CRL will establish deep relationships with client stakeholders, manage program performance, and support headcount growth through close collaboration with delivery and recruiting teams. Our goal is to cultivate long-term, trusted partnerships by matching the right talent with the right missions—ranging from consultant and contract-to-hire roles to full-time placements.
CRLs are measured on their ability to drive revenue through execution, talent alignment, growth and client satisfaction.
Essential Functions:- Develop and execute account growth strategies that include both deepening current client engagements and proactively establishing relationships with new buyers, stakeholders, and prospective clients.
- Achieve annual growth and headcount expansion goals within assigned accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with client-side program managers, CORs, executives, and hiring managers.
- Qualify and prioritize new task orders, job requisitions, and contract modifications.
- Ensure delivery teams and recruiters are aligned on client expectations and program needs.
- Coach and support clients throughout the contract and delivery lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site visits and consultant check-ins to support retention and engagement.
- Generate leads within accounts and prepare effective client-facing proposals.
- Proactively market well-qualified candidates to clients and hiring managers.
- Support pricing strategy and margin management to ensure profitability.
- Partner with AR, finance, and contracts teams to resolve operational issues with clients.
- Track consultant utilization, provide status updates, and manage performance escalations.
- Act as the voice of the client internally ensuring successful outcomes across all engagements.
Education and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in federal staffing, consulting, or delivery leadership.
- Previous experience managing accounts, delivery performance, and program teams required.
- Strong knowledge of federal procurement, program delivery, and staffing models.
- Exceptional communication, client engagement, and team coordination skills.
