We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Contract Manager to support Prosegur's U.S. and Canada sales and business development processes across our hybrid security model.

This role will play a critical part in reviewing, redlining, and negotiating client and vendor contracts, ensuring alignment with legal compliance requirements. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of commercial contracting within service-based environments, with the ability to operate effectively across multiple business lines and stakeholders.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that partners closely with operations and the sales team to support growth, compliance, and client retention.

Job Duties and Responsibilities Contract Management
  • Review, redline and negotiate a high volume of client contracts, amendments, renewals across all Prosegur service lines
  • Identify and elevate contractual risks, including liability exposure, indemnification, insurance requirements
  • Ensure adherence to compliance requirements, including where applicable:
    • appropriate corporate compliance terms and risk allocation
    • align contractual terms with operational capabilities
  • Manage, organize and electronically archive legal documents
Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Work closely with sales and business development teams to support contract review workflow and meet deadlines
  • Partner with operations to ensure contracts align with pricing and scope of work provisions
  • Drive consistency in contract language, terms, and approval workflows
  • Assist in developing scalable processes to support rapid growth and multi-site client expansion
Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or commercial contracting
  • Experience supporting service-based or operationally complex organizations
  • Strong working knowledge of contract structures, legal terminology, and risk allocation principles
  • Part-Time - 4 hours / day, Monday – Friday, during business hours
Preferred
  • Experience with in security services, technology services, or facilities management
  • Exposure to multi-state or multi-site service operations

  • Understands operational impact of contract terms across multiple service lines

  • Ability to manage high volume while maintaining accuracy and compliance
