For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director Procurement Governance Risk & Compliance to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen responsible execution, improve decision-making, and support sustainable growth within a technology-driven environment.
Location:
Ashburn, VA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $220,000 – $330,000 annually
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain the procurement governance framework ensuring global consistency
- Manage the Third-Party Risk Management program including supplier risk tiering and monitoring
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by implementing appropriate procurement policies
- Deliver executive-level visibility into supplier risks through risk analytics and reporting
- Collaborate with Legal to update supplier contract templates and manage key risk clauses
- Oversee supplier audits and ensure compliance with audit expectations
- Integrate ESG and sustainability risks into supplier governance processes
- 5-7 years of experience in procurement governance or related fields within a global enterprise
- Proven ability to design and implement governance frameworks with measurable audit readiness
- In-depth knowledge of third-party risk management and compliance practices
- Experience translating complex regulatory requirements into actionable procurement policies
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capabilities across diverse business areas
- Ability to create executive-level reports and present risk insights effectively
- Experience leading high-performing teams across different regions
