About This Role

Reporting to the Safety Director, the Safety Manager, East serves as a trusted partner in advancing Sabey’s commitment to a world-class safety culture across the organization and its affiliates. Based in Ashburn, Virginia, you will help drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of safety programs, policies, and training while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

This is a highly collaborative role that works closely with operations, Human Resources, leadership teams, and the Safety Advisory Committee to reduce risk, strengthen employee engagement, and promote an illness- and injury-free workplace. You’llhave the opportunity to influence safety strategy while providing hands‑on support across multiple business functions.

Your Contribution Will Likely Include

  • Partner with the Safety Director to develop, implement, and continuously improve company-wide safety policies, programs, and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations, as well as internal company standards.
  • Conduct hazard assessments, safety audits, and site inspections while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
