** global technology and data infrastructure organization** , is seeking a  
** Construction Project Manager
** to join their team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be part of the  
** Construction & Engineering Operations
** organization supporting  
** Lease Construction Managers and cross‑functional delivery teams** . The ideal candidate will have  
** strong organizational skills** ,  
** proactive problem‑solving ability** , and  
** excellent stakeholder communication** , which will align successfully within the organization.

** Pay Range: 80$ - 86$ per hour*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Support Lease Construction Managers by tracking project schedules, milestones, RFS dates, and early access requirements

+ Conduct weekly onsite visits to assess construction progress and validate schedules

+ Maintain project documentation, dashboards, meeting notes, and action trackers

+ Monitor risks, budgets, invoices, and lease partner deliverables and escalate issues as needed

+ Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Security, Operations) and external construction partners to ensure safety and compliance

** What's Needed?*
* + 8-12 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within commercial or mission‑critical environments

+ Strong MEP knowledge with hands‑on experience supporting core & shell construction

+ Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, schedules, and priorities in fast‑paced projects

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and openness to learning reporting tools such as Power BI

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
