Construction Project Manager

Join our team as a Construction Project Manager 5 to support leased datacenter projects in Northern Virginia. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with client standards. • 8-12 years’ experience in construction project management.
• Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems and structured cabling basics.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proficiency in Client Office and willingness to learn Power BI and automation tools.
• Education in engineering and construction is preferred.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.

• Track project milestones, RFS dates, and early access requirements.
• Visit project job sites weekly to assess progress and compare to the schedule.
• Maintain project documentation and update dashboards for progress reporting.
• Monitor task completion and potential risks or delays.
• Coordinate with internal teams (ITIM, Security) and external lease providers under LCM guidance.
• Ensure contractors adhere to client safety standards and reporting requirements.
• Monitor budgets and validate invoices against approved scopes.
• Learn and apply client tools (Power BI) for reporting and automation.
