A growing heavy civil contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations on a variety of infrastructure and site development projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with experience in utilities, earthwork, grading, and roadway construction.

• Oversee daily field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials
• Manage utility, earthwork, grading, and site development activities
• Maintain project schedules and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications
• Work closely with Project Managers, inspectors, and clients
• Enforce safety standards and jobsite compliance

• 3+ years of experience as a Foreman or Superintendent in heavy civil construction
• Strong background in utilities, earthwork, grading, roadway, or site development projects
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications
• Proven leadership and crew management experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• OSHA certification preferred
